Fees & Insurance
Payment options include insurance coverage, private-pay, and a sliding scale.
I know that discussing payments and fees can feel uncomfortable, which is why I strive to be upfront and not leave room for surprises. To that end, I encourage all clients utilizing insurance to verify their coverage ahead of time with the billings codes provided below.

Evaluation (first session) 90791
Individual (60-minute) 90837
SELF-PAY
Individual client
55-minute session: $140
Note that payments by credit card will add a processing fee at the time of payment.
Out of Network Insurance Benefits
You must have “out of network” benefits as part of your insurance plan.
I will provide a monthly “super bill” for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Self-pay rates still apply regardless of the amount you are reimbursed by your insurance company.
